Den fremtidige leverandør vil i rammeaftalens varighed være ansvarlig for at håndtere Udenrigsministeriets forsendelser fra Danmark til alle danske repræsentationer i udlandet og fra alle danske repræsentationer i udlandet til Danmark. Rammeaftalen omfatter ikke forsendelser mellem danske repræsentationer i udlandet. Rammeaftalen er ikke eksklusiv.
