Beskrivelse af den planlagte anskaffelseOrdregiver planlægger at anskaffe et standardsystem til understøttelse af sagsbehandling inden for byggesagsområdet. Systemet skal understøtte myndighedsbehandling af byggesager fra modtagelse af ansøgning til udstedelse af tilladelse, herunder håndtering af sags- og dokumentarkiv, arbejdsgange og procesunderstøttelse.Systemet skal understøtte kommunikation med borgere og virksomheder samt udstedelse af myndighedstilladelser. Det skal endvidere kunne håndtere tidsregistrering på sagsniveau og opgøre detaljeret sagsbehandlingstid i overensstemmelse med statsligt fastsatte servicemål.Derudover skal systemet understøtte indsamling og dokumentation af data til driftsstyring samt integrere med relevante eksterne systemer og registre, herunder arkivsystemer, BBR og den nationale ansøgningsportal.Teknisk høringForud for offentliggørelsen af udbuddet ønsker kommunen at gennemføre en teknisk høring af udkastet til kravspecifikationen. Formålet er at indhente input og feedback fra relevante leverandører på markedet, så kravspecifikationen i videst muligt omfang afspejler, hvad markedet kan levere.Kommunen lægger vægt på en åben og konstruktiv dialog med markedet og opfordrer derfor interesserede leverandører til at bidrage med bemærkninger, så udbudsmaterialet kan tilrettes inden offentliggørelsen.
