Denmark - IT services: consulting, software development, internet and support - Market dialogue for upcoming Oracle tender

The Danish Agency for Public Finance and Management (Oekonomistyrelsen), acting on behalf of the Danish state, is preparing a framework agreement for maintenance and service of the state's Oracle products. Before the tender, it is holding a market dialogue in two phases. In phase one, interested suppliers must declare their interest by answering a written questionnaire via the ETHICS e-tendering system by 19 June 2026 at 13:00. In phase two, up to three interested suppliers will be invited to a meeting, expected in week 26, to elaborate on the questionnaire responses. The agency may also contact relevant suppliers directly, and such suppliers may join phase two regardless of participation in phase one. No estimated value is stated.
