Ved nærværende udbud har Ordregiver indhentet tilbud på opsætning, drift og vedligehold af Ladestandere på offentlig vej i henhold til AFI-loven (Lov 2022-04-04 nr. 412 om infrastruktur for alternative drivmidler til transport). Ladestanderne skal være normalladere (22 kW).Udbuddet omfatter 497 elbilspladser svarende til 994 Ladestandere.Aftalerne løber i 10 år.Ordregiver har i dette udbud opdelt opgaven i 14 særskilte delaftaler. Delaftalerne er nærmere beskrevet i bilag 2a (Delaftaler). En tilbudsgiver kan som udgangspunkt højest tildeles 4 delaftaler.Tildelingen af kontrakterne er sket på baggrund af det bedste forhold mellem pris og kvalitet, hvor Ordregiver samlet højest kan give 1.000 point, med underkriterierne "Pris" (250 point), "Ad hoc-priser" (250 point) , "Grøn strøm" (100 point) og "Grønne entreprenørmaskiner" (100 point) og "LCA-rapport" (150 point) og "Grøn transport af ladestandere" (150 point).
