Description

Gentofte Gladsaxe Fjernvarme (GGF) står for varmeforsyningen i Gentofte og Gladsaxe Kommune og varetager derfor indkøb og opsætning af varmevekslere på vegne af de 2 kommuner. GGF er ejet af Gentofte Kommune (Gentofte Fjernvarme) og Gladsaxe Kommune (Gladsaxe Fjernvarme), og som er ordregivere på dette udbud. Udbuddet vedrører rådgivningsydelser inden for projektering, udbud, byggeledelse, tilsyn og gennemførelse af opgaver af drifts- og anlægsopgaver i relation til fjernvarme indenfor GGFs forsyningsområde. Størstedelen af ydelserne vil indebære gaskonverteringer og dertilhørende opgaver. Ydelserne vil, ud over projektering, udbud og tilsyn, indeholde økonomistyring og udarbejdelse og ajourføring af dokumentationsmateriale i forbindelse med projekters afslutning. Ydelserne i denne rammeaftale kræver generelt højt niveau af kendskab til projektering og dimensionering af tryksatte systemer. En nærmere beskrivelse af de ønskede ydelser vil blive fremsendt, i forbindelse med det konkrete behov for rådgiverbistand til et konkret projekt, hvor timetal, rådgiverkategori og ydelsesomfang fastlægges og beskrives i et ATR-skema, som herefter skal godkendes af ordregiver. Det anslås, at Rammeaftalen har en forventet årlig værdi på ca. 32 mio. DKK. Den faktiske mængde kan afvige. Der vil derfor ikke være mulighed for at garantere en minimumsomsætning. Der indgås én rammeaftale gældende for alle tre forsyningsselskaber med én rådgiver.
