FMI ønsker at anskaffe en elektronisk tandlægejournal. i forbindelse med anskaffelsen ønsker FMI at indgå i dialog med markedet for at opnå information om mulighederne samt eventuelle begrænsninger, der er i markedet. FMI ønsker en leverance af et standard tandlægejournalsystem svarende til hvad der anvendes ved privatpraktiserende tandlæger. Løsningen skal også inkludere integration til et givent digital røntgensystem. Den samlede løsning skal være på dansk. Leverancen skal bl.a. omfatte: - Levering af standardsoftware - Konvertering af data fra eksisterende system. (Journal data og Røntgenbilleder) - Opstartsundervisning - Support og vedligeholdelsesabonnement - Konsulentydelser i forbindelse med implementering Antal klinikker, arbejdspladser og brugere: Ca. 45 unikke brugere, stigende med 15-20+ over de kommende år. Antal klinikker er stigende og forventes at ende på ca. 15+ stationære og 2 mobile klinikker og samt periodevis opsætning af klinikker på missioner. Netværk: Løsningen skal afvikles på Forsvarets interne netværk med begrænset netværkskapacitet, hvorfor der forudses et behov for en opsætning med eksempelvis Asynkron replikering i nattetimerne, eller lignende løsninger som forhindrer unødig belastning af netværket i dagtimerne, således at brugere ikke oplever forsinkelse. Mulighed for manuel aktivering af fremsendelse ved behov for faglig sparring vil være relevant. Forsvaret forventer at installerer ortophanoptagere på alle klinikker over de kommende år. Den samlede løsning, skal kunne afvikles på Forsvarets interne netværk hvor al afsendelse og modtagelse af data til og fra Sundhedsdatanettet og Internettet kun kan ske via API løsninger. Forsvaret forventer en netværksløsning med én eller evt. flere redundante databaser da vi dækker hele landet og arbejder med de samme klienter.
