Description

Ordregiver (Tranemosegård afd. 13 v/D.S.I. Tranemosegård) udbyder hermed en hovedentreprisekontrakt i forbindelse med renovering af tre højhuse efter udbudsproceduren udbud med forhandling. Ordregiver repræsenteres af BO-VEST som forretningsfører og administrator. Projektet omhandler en omfattende renovering af de tre højhuse i D.S.I. Tranemosegård afd. 13 Silergården (T13) i Brøndby Strand samt tilhørende renovering af de nære udearealer ved de tre højhuse. Projektets 180 boliger er fordelt på adresserne Ulsøparken 2 og 6 samt Tranumparken 7, 2660 Brøndby Strand. De indvendige forhold i bebyggelsen er ikke renoveret siden opførelsen i 1970'erne. Installationer er udtjente, og overflader er nedslidte. Målet med renoveringen er at modernisere og fremtidssikre de indvendige forhold i bebyggelsen, så de stands- og driftsmæssigt forbedres og løftes i kvalitet. Bygningernes facader er, som de indvendige forhold, nedslidte, og betonen er mange steder forvitret med blotlagt korroderet armering. Af både tekniske og økonomiske grunde bevares bygningernes betonforplader og suppleres med nye påbyggede facader. Renoveringen gennemføres i tre sammenhængende forløb (Etape 1, 2 og 3). Hver etape udføres og afleveres særskilt til ordregiver, inden næste etape påbegyndes. Tilsvarende udføres og afleveres de tilhørende landskabsarbejder særskilt til ordregiver. Udbuddet foretages med forbehold for godkendelse fra de bevilgende instanser, herunder Bo-Vest samt støttemyndighederne. Der henvises til nærværende bekendtgørelses afsnit 2.1 Beskrivelse.
