Udbud af hovedentreprise vedrørende renovering af 276 almene boliger i Kalundborg. Helhedsplanen indeholder overordnede følgende arbejder samt følgearbejder til disse: • 11 Boligblokke moderniseres så de bliver tidssvarende familieboliger • 3 af de 11 Boligblokke gøres tilgængelige med elevator, nye indgangspartier og ny indretning • 1 rums boliger sammenlægges med naboboliger som derved udvides • Badekabiner istandsættes og indrettes med nyt inventar • Køkkener skiftes til nye • Tage udskiftes • Der isættes nye vinduer i gavle samt lettere facadearbejder. • Forbedring af isolering • Udskiftning af tagvinduer • Etablering af balanceret ventilation i alle boliger • Renovering og fornyelse af elinstallationer • Renovering og fornyelse af VVS-installationer • Renovering og fornyelse af udearealer • Miljøarbejder • Infrastrukturprojekt Sagens eksakte omfang fremgår af det samlede udbudsmateriale. Hovedentreprisen udføres med etapevis opdeling af arbejderne. Hovedentrepriseudbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset udbud iht. Udbudslovens §§ 58-60 med en forudgående prækvalifikation. Tildelingskriteriet er ”Det bedste forhold mellem pris og kvalitet” iht. udbudslovens § 162, 3). Der gives ikke tilbudsvederlag. Der henvises endvidere til pkt. II.1.4
