Formålet med Rammeaftalen er at sikre Ordregivers almindelige dagtilbud - samt i mindre omfang skoler og fritidstilbud - adgang til kvalificerede pædagogiske vikarer ved fravær af ansat personale i Ordregivers dagtilbud, skoler eller fritidstilbud. Aftalen skal understøtte kontinuitet og kvalitet i den pædagogiske praksis.Tilbudsgiver skal kunne:Levere vikarer med relevant erfaring og/eller uddannelseHåndtere både planlagte og akutte vikarbehovTilbyde vikarer til forskellige målgrupper og faglige kontekster.
