Forsvarets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (herefter FMI), ønsker at indgå en rammeaftale med én leverandør vedrørende levering af flaskegas samt tilhørende ydelser, herunder løbende indkøb af flasker og ombytning af tomme gasflasker til fyldte gasflasker. De leverede gasser anvendes primært i forbindelse med øvelsesaktiviteter, herunder madlavning, grill, varme, catering, arealpleje, ukrudtsbekæmpelse mv. Det forventes, at FMI ved aftalens opstart vil foretage et større indkøbstræk på flasker, hvorefter behovet primært vil omfatte ombytning i aftalens løbetid.
