Summary

Machine-generated summary

Sønderborg Municipality is replacing its fossil-fuelled passenger car fleet with electric vehicles and seeks a partner to deliver, install and commission charging points for part of the municipal fleet at four locations in Phase 1, totalling 196 charging points, including home care districts Nordals, Fjord, Sydals and Alssund. Optional phases cover further sites: Option 1 with 32 points, Option 2 with 26, Option 3 with 20 and Option A with 38 existing charging points. The contract includes all electrical works between the connection point and the charging points, planning, design and execution of excavation and reinstatement works, service and maintenance, and a software solution for five years, extendable twice by one year. The municipality owns the equipment and pays grid connection fees and electricity consumption.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €1,404,889
€1.2M to €1.5M

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 99% of their published estimate, half of them between 86% and 106%, based on 21 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
