Udbuddet vedrører driften af Skive Erhvervshavn og Molerkajen på Fur Havn, hvor Skive kommune er udbyder. Kontrakten omfatter drift af havnene, herunder varetagelse af administrative, tilsynsmæssige, driftstekniske (losse og læsse assistance m.v), serviceholdige, vedligeholdelsesmæssige og renholdelsesmæssige opgaver. For nærmere beskrivelse af de udbudte ydelser, herunder de krav ydelserne skal opfylde, henvises til tilbudslisten (bilag 3) og kravspecifikationen/ydelsesbeskrivelse (bilag 2), samt eventuelle rettelser og besvarelse af spørgsmål. Den udbudte aftale har en løbetid på 5 år. Aftalen kan forlænges i 3x12 måneder fremgår af aftalens pkt. 4.
