Udbuddet vedrører levering af Høretekniske Hjælpemidler til de medlemskommuner af KomUdbud, som har forpligtet sig til at benytte den udbudte rammeaftale. Udbuddet er opdelt i 3 delaftaler: Delaftale 1 Levering af høretekniske hjælpemidler efter serviceloven Delaftale 2 Levering af høretekniske hjælpemidler efter LAB og kompensationsloven Delaftale 3 Levering af høretekniske hjælpemidler efter folkeskoleloven Levering af høretekniske hjælpemidler efter servicelovens § 112 og 113. Høretekniske hjælpemidler bevilges efter bedst egnede, billigste hjælpemiddel.; Levering af høretekniske hjælpemidler bevilliget under lov om aktiv beskæftigelsesindsats samt kompensationsloven.; Levering af høretekniske hjælpemidler bevilliget under folkeskoleloven.
