Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S’ (i det følgende benævnt ”Ordregiver”) udbyder byggemodning af Sundmolen Øst, herunder udførelse af infrastruktur, en bro, tre byrum, inkl. et grønt byrum på Sundmolen Vest, samt forsyningsledninger og pumpestation for HOFOR. Entreprisekontrakten vedrører udførelsen af byggemodning på Sundmolen Øst samt udførelse af et grønt byrum på Sundmolen Vest i hovedentreprise (”Opgaven”). Derudover vedrører entreprisekontrakten delvis projektering som beskrevet i kontraktens pkt. 6. Opgaven består i hovedtræk af udførelse af forsyningsledninger for HOFOR, infrastruktur, bro og beplantning. Derudover omfatter opgaven projektering og etablering af en pumpestation. Den udbudte kontrakt forventes udført i tidsrummet november 2026 til juni 2028. For en nærmere beskrivelse af kontrakten og den udbudte opgave henviser Ordregiver til det samlede udbudsmateriale angivet i udbudsbetingelsernes afsnit 2. Ordregiver har valgt ikke at opdele opgaven i delkontrakter, idet det af hensyn til Ordregivers administration og for at minimere grænsefladeproblematikken er mest hensigtsmæssigt, at størstedelen af opgaven udføres af én og samme entreprenør.
