Ordregivers har behov for at løbende få istandsat flyttelejligheder med B-vedligeholdelsesordning. B-vedligeholdelsesordning betyder, at arbejdet udføres mens der er bor en lejer i boligen. Antal lejemål som skal istandsættes, er baseret på historiske tal, hvorfor disse kan variere i de kommende år.
