Nærværende tildelingsbekendtgørelse udsendes for både Kolding Kommune og Kolding Stadion Tribune ApS. Kontaktpersonen er den samme for begge. Oplysninger på Kolding Kommune: CVR-nummer 29189897, Adresse: Akseltorv 1, Postnummer og by: 6000 Kolding. Kolding Stadion Tribune ApS (herefter benævnt "KST") og Kolding Kommune (herefter benævnt "KK") bekendtgør ved nærværende bekendtgørelse, at KST har indgået Totalentreprisekontrakt med Jorton A/S. KST og KK har endvidere indgået samarbejdsaftale med Jorton A/S herom.Totalentreprisekontrakten og samarbejdsaftalen vedrører projekteringen og udførelsen af nord- og sydtribune (endetribunerne) inkl. toiletfaciliteter og salgsboder, hjørnebygninger i nord- og syd, kælder med omklædning under sydtribunen samt faciliteter for groundsmen. Tribunerne giver plads til yderligere ca. 4200 siddende tilskuere på stadion. Hertil kommer loungefaciliteter og skybokse til yderligere ca. 300 gæster Yderligere etableres administrationslokaler til brug for KIF samt 2-3 selvstændige erhvervslejemål. Desuden etableres omklædningsfaciliteter til KIF moderklubbens medlemmer. I tilknytning nord- og sydtribune og hjørnebygninger etableres udenomsarealer, herunder parkeringspladser.
