Description

Udbuddet omfatter alle arbejder i forbindelse med udvidelse af Thyborøn Havns Sydhavn med nyt RORO anlæg, herunder etablering af bagland med indpumpet friktionsmateriale fra Thyborøn Kanal, etablering af komplet kajanlæg og RORO anlæg. Udbuddet gennemføres efter proceduren "udbud med forhandling" i henhold til forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets artikel 47. Projektet udbydes som en hovedentreprise, og AB18 er gældende for aftaleforholdet. Bygherre forbeholder sig retten til at tildele kontrakten på baggrund af det første indledende tilbud uden gennemførelse af forhandlinger. På samme måde forbeholder Bygherre sig retten til at afholde en yderligere forhandlingsrunde end den ene forventede runde.
