Description

Projektet omfatter nedrivning og nybyggeri af 3 længer og totalrenovering af 1 hovedhus som følge af konstateret, omfattende skimmelsvamp i ydervægge, gulve og tagkonstruktioner. Byggeriet udgør i alt ca. 1.940 m², (brutto m²). Det færdige udslusningsfængsel vil have en kapacitet på 30 indsatte og skal, foruden beboelsesafsnit med værelser og opholdsarealer med beskæftigelses- og fritidsfaciliteter, rumme et personaleafsnit med administrative faciliteter. _____Danmarks Fængsler ønsker at genopføre Hvidovre Udslusningsfængsel ”Lysholmgård” med det formål at skabe et nyt udslusningsfængsel, der lever op til Danmarks Fængslers krav, og samtidig kan sikre moderne og tidssvarende rammer omkring de indsatte og ansatte. En del af udslusningspladserne indrettes med tilgængelighedsforanstaltninger for at kunne rumme indsatte med funktionsnedsættelser. Udvidelsen af det eksisterende Hvidovre Udslusningsfængsel, Lysholmgård, til en samlet kapacitet på 30 pladser, indgår som en del af initiativet om etablering af fire nye udslusningsfængsler, som anført i Aftale om Kriminalforsorgens økonomi 2022-2025. Formålet er at skabe rammerne om, at flere indsatte i afslutningen af deres afsoning, får mulighed for en overgang til et liv uden kriminalitet, under opsyn og med støtte fra Danmarks Fængslers personale. Der henvises i øvrigt til udbudsmaterialet _____. Udbudsbetingelserne inkl. bilag indeholder en nærmere beskrivelse af opgave og udbudsforløbet, og det øvrige materiale indeholder en beskrivelse af opgavens omfang.
