Udbuddet gennemføres som udbud med forhandling i henhold til Udbudslovens §§ 61-66. Udbuddet vedrører indgåelse af totalentreprisekontrakt angående ombygning af afdeling Bøgelunden på ca. 1950 m² i Rygårdcentret, Niels Andersens Vej 22, 2900 Hellerup. Totalentreprise, der omfatter ombygning af Rygårdcentret, afd. Bøgelunden (ca. 1.950 m²), Niels Andersens Vej 22, 1. sal, 2900 Hellerup. Totalentreprisen omfatter såvel projektering som udførelse af de arbejder, der er beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet. Totalentrepriseaftalen er baseret på ABT 18 og Ydelsesbeskrivelsen for Byggeri og Landskab (YBL 18) og fastsætter Totalentreprenørens rettigheder og forpligtelser i relation til Projektet. Projektet udbydes i totalentreprise fordi Gentofte Kommune har vurderet, at projektets kompleksitet kræver, at opgaven ikke løses i flere selvstændige kontrakter. Dette valg er ligeledes begrundet i forbedret risikostyring og økonomiske besparelser.
