Ved nærværende udbud ønsker Ordregiver at indhente tilbud på Totalentreprise indeholdende projektering og udførelse af ”Generisk IV”, der er et lager- og logistikcenter som Taulov Dryport A/S opfører i området ved Prinsessens Kvarter i Taulov. Her er det ordregivers ønske at udvikle en dynamisk, kvalitetsstærk og frem-tidsparat bebyggelse, der afspejler og understøtter udviklingen af Taulov Dryport som Danmarks førende knudepunkt for transport og logistik. Nærværende dokument indeholder betingelser og vejledning om afgivelse af ansøgning og tilbud på denne opgave. Der henvises til udbudsbekendtgørelsens afsnit 2.1 og yderligere oplysninger om projektet i det samlede udbudsmateriale.
