Description

Nærværende projekt er en del af Forsvarskommandoens og ETK’s samlede plan for ”Faciliteter til Hærens Tunge Brigade” (FHTB). FHTB omfatter ombygning og nybygning på en række etablissementer rundt i landet, som skal sikre faciliteterne til Hærens Tunge Brigade. Nærværende udbud vedrører hovedentreprisen på 582 Aalborg Kaserne. Byggeriet på Aalborg Kaserne omfatter følgende: • Bygning 153 på i alt cirka 3.375 m2. Standardgarage med 16 standpladser. I tilknytning hertil etableres bade- og omklædningsfaciliteter til 175 personer, depot og undervisningslokaler m.m. • Bygning 154 på i alt cirka 3.375 m2. Standardgarage med 16 standpladser. I tilknytning hertil etableres bade- og omklædningsfaciliteter til 175 personer, depot og undervisningslokaler m.m. • Etablering af større regnvandsbassin, infrastruktur i jorden, manøvre arealer og større containerplads samt strækninger med nyt perimeterhegn. • Etablering af containerplads inkl. el tilslutninger, belysning m.m. med et samlet areal på 14.000m2. Pladsens omfang kan nedjusteres i tilfælde af at den økonomiske ramme overskrides. For så vidt angår det nærmere indhold af hovedentreprisen henvises til det øvrige udbudsmateriale, som af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager først udleveres på det tidspunkt, hvor de virksomheder, som ETK prækvalificerer til at afgive tilbud, har underskrevet en fortrolighedserklæring.
