CBS-byggeriet på Solbjerg Plads har siden opførelsen omkring år 2000 haft utætte facader og tage. Der er i dele af bygningerne A, B og C mod syd samt bygning D og F, registreret vandindtrængning fra facader og tage. Der er ikke på nuværende tidspunkt registreret vandindtrængning andre steder i bygningerne.Teknologisk Institut har, i årene 2022 - 24, gennemført fysiske besigtigelser og analyser af tage og facader forskellige steder i bygningerne og konstateret byggetekniske fejl, som kan dateres tilbage til bygningens opførelse. Besigtigelser og analyser viser, at der er betydelig nedbrydning af organiske materialer og fuger i facaderne, hvilket ikke udgør en konstruktiv risiko, men en øget fremadrettet risiko for vandindtrængning i områder, der ikke renoveres.Dette udbud omhandler projektering og udbedring af dele af facader og tage. § 137, stk. 1, nr. 6 finder ikke anvendelse på nærværende udbud. Bestemmelsen har følgende ordlyd: "Ansøgeren eller tilbudsgiveren har ubetalt forfalden gæld på under 100.000 kr. til offentlige myndigheder vedrørende skatter, afgifter eller bidrag til sociale sikringsordninger i henhold til dansk lovgivning eller lovgivning i det land, hvor ansøgeren eller tilbudsgiveren er etableret".
