Description

Udbud af totalentreprise. Projektet omhandler nybyggeri af fleksible laboratorie- og værkstedsområder til undervisning og forskning for Instituttet Elektroniske Systemer på Aalborg Universitet. Nybyggeriet skal placeres på den eksisterende parkeringsplads på Frederik Bajers vej 7 og forbindes til Fredrik Bajers Vej 7A via en gangbro. Det planlagte byggeri på maksimalt 1.700 m² i primært én etage, udfylder ikke hele byggefeltet, hvorfor der her skal arbejdes med at skabe grønne, rekreative opholdsarealer, der tilfører campus nye oplevelser, og sikrer overgangen til de omkringliggende grønne arealer. Byggefeltet ligger i udkanten af det oprindelige campusbyggeri, hvorfor det er vigtigt at byggeriet indpasser sig i den oprindelige arkitektur og struktur, samtidig med at der er et ønske om, at byggeriet får et mere moderne udtryk i relation til materialevalg. Ambitionen for projektet er at opføre en moderne, fleksibel og inviterende bygning, som virker imødekommende og inspirerende for såvel brugere, samarbejdspartnere og forbipasserende. Et af nøglegrebene i byggeriet vil være den store fleksible laboratoriehal, kaldet ’Flexhal’, som med et fleksibelt system af flytbare søjler og bjælker, skal kunne afskærmes i forskellige områder, så der f.eks. kan flyves med droner i ét område, mens der testes pumpesystemer i et andet. Byggeriet skal, udover de tekniske laboratorier, indeholde forskellige værksteder til træ, metal, lodning, printplader mv. til opbygning af prototyper. Se punkt 2.1 i udbudsbekendtgørelsen
