Skybruds- og byrumsprojektet er placeret i Mimersgadekvarteret på Nørrebro i København. Det strækker sig over Heimdalsgade, Slejpnersgade, Hamletsgade, Nannasgade og Vulkangade. Anlægsarbejderne foregår primært på vejarealer, hvor der skal tages hensyn til beboere, butikker, parkering og trafik, både hårde og bløde trafikanter. Arbejderne vil være: • Skybrudssikring ved etablering af vejbede, kassetter og terrænbassiner i projektområdet. Totalt 1.230 m3 forsinkelsesvolumen. • 1:1 Genopretning af fortov og vejbaner på Slejpnersgade og Nannasgade samt 1:1 genopretning og ny cykelsti på Hamletsgade. • Begrønning af projektområdet, herunder plantning af ca. 60 træer samt etablering af beplantning i og ved vejbede og terrænbassiner. Entreprisen udbydes som én hovedentrepriser med to ordregivere, HOFOR Fjernvarme P/S og Klima, Miljø- og Teknikforvaltningen og dermed to delaftaler. Delaftale 1 vedrører KTFs arbejder, mens delaftale 2 vedrører HOFORs arbejder. Skybruds- og byrumsprojektet er placeret i Mimersgadekvarteret på Nørrebro i København. Det strækker sig over Heimdalsgade, Slejpnersgade, Hamletsgade, Nannasgade og Vulkangade. Anlægsarbejderne foregår primært på vejarealer, hvor der skal tages hensyn til beboere, butikker, parkering og trafik, både hårde og bløde trafikanter. Arbejderne vil være: • Skybrudssikring ved etablering af vejbede, kassetter og terrænbassiner i projektområdet. Arbejdet udføres i flere etaper og forventeligt i perioden 2026 til 2028.
