Description

Udbuddet omfatter 2 entrepriser, som er en del af projektet 40400 Udbygning af rute 15 Ringkøbing - Herning, der indgår i Infrastrukturplan 2035. Entrepriserne ligger i Ringkøbing-Skjern Kommune, og de omfatter i hovedtræk etablering af motortrafikvej, kommuneveje og stier samt bygværker. Der indgås i første omgang entrepriseaftale om fremskudte arbejder, idet hovedparten af arbejderne udgør en option i entrepriseaftalen. Efter gennemførelse af en projektoptimeringsfase indgås aftale om optionen, medmindre én af parterne ønsker at benytte sig af exitklausulen. Entrepriseaftalen omfatter en incitamentsordning vedr. entreprisesummen, som giver entreprenøren mulighed for at få udbetalt en bonus under forudsætning af, at nogle nærmere angivne vilkår er opfyldt.
