Summary

Machine-generated summary

Viborg Varme is procuring the construction of EnergiHub, a new energy plant in Foulum east of Viborg. The project establishes a fully operational energy centre with a heat pump facility using several heat pump systems that exploit surplus heat from Energinet's direct current station and Apple's data centre at Foulum. The surplus heat is upgraded to district heating temperatures for use in Viborg Varme's district heating network. The contract, E01, is awarded as a design and build total contract in functional tendering, and covers phase 1A with 12 MW heat production (about 10 MW cooling); a possible phase 1B would raise this to 24 MW heat (about 19 MW cooling). The building is modular and designed for future expansion eastwards. The overall project is split into five sub-projects: E01 process installations, E02 civil works, E03 district heating transmission lines, E04 accumulation and buffer tanks, and E05 district heating pipes. Process coupling installations at the existing heat plant on Randersvej (RAVP) are also included.

Description

Dette fordrer, at Procesentreprisen i anlægsetablering indtænker mulighed for senere yderligere udbygning, ud over nævnte fase 1A & fase 1B.
