Description

Udlændingestyrelsen er ansvarlig for at tilvejebringe og drive indkvarteringssteder for asylansøgere m.fl., jf. udlændingelovens § 42 a, stk. 5. I praksis driver en række indkvarteringsoperatører disse steder på vegne af Udlændingestyrelsen. Når en udlænding indgiver en ansøgning om asyl i Danmark, dækker Udlændingestyrelsen udlændingens underhold, indtil denne meddeles opholdstilladelse, udrejser eller udsendes, jf. udlændingelovens § 42 a, stk. 1, 1. pkt., jf. dog stk. 3 og 4. Til dækning af udlændingens underhold hører blandt andet udlevering af tøjpakker og tøj i løse enkeltdele til kvinder, mænd og børn. Udlændingestyrelsen udbyder nu opgaven med at indkøbe, pakke og levere tøj til asylansøgere m.fl. med ikrafttræden pr. 1. februar 2027. Den udbudte kontrakt er ikke opdelt i delkontrakter, jf. udbudslovens § 49, stk. 2, da det er ordregivers vurdering, at der ved en manglende opdeling i delaftaler er mulighed for at opnå stordriftsfordele. Endvidere er det ordregivers vurdering, at der vil være administrative omkostninger forbundet med kontraktadministrationen ved opdeling i delaftaler.
