Description

Udbuddet omfatter totalrådgivning i forbindelse med udvidelse af Aktivitetscentret Paletten, Hvidovregade 49, Hvidovre. Byggeprojektet omfatter en tilbygning på ca. 200 m² bruttoetageareal til aktivitetscentret Paletten, samt en omlægning og opgradering af udearealerne, således der bliver både parkering og haveanlæg. Opgavens nærmere omfang og indhold fremgår af Udbudsbetingelserne og Totalrådgiveraftalen med bilag. Projektet forventes taget i brug december 2028. I tilbudslisten afgives samlet pris for samtlige ydelser omfattet af den udbudte rådgivningsaftale. Totalrådgivningsaftalen er baseret på ABR 18 og Ydelsesbeskrivelse for BYGGERI OG LANDSKAB 2018 (YBL 18). I henhold til pkt. 2.1 i nærværende bekendtgørelse.
