Begrænset udbud Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune udbød den 2. juli 2025 udbuddet af en totalrådgiveraftale vedrørende stormflodsikring. Kommunen ønskede med udbuddet at finde en totalrådgiver (bestående af både landskabsarkitekt og ingeniør), der i et konstruktivt og værdiskabende samarbejde med Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune, vil konkretisere det foreliggende dispositionsforslag; Stormflodssikring af Faaborg, november 2024 frem mod entrepriseudbud og realisering af det samlede landskabs- og anlægsprojekt.
