Description

Udbudsprocessen omfatter en rådgiveraftale til Bygherres indkøb af totalrådgivning omhandlende infrastruktur til Fremtidens Brøndby Strand Bymidte Øst. Rådgivningsaftalen omfatter nyetableringen af vejinfrastrukturen i Bymidten Øst, omfattende Loop, Hovedstrøg og Stationsvejen samt tilstødende byrum, pladser og stræder. Anlægget er kommunalbestyrelsesgodkendt med en samlet anlægsramme på 55 mio. kr., jf. dagsordenspunkt 1198 af 8. oktober 2025. Totalrådgivningen omfatter samtlige projekterings-, udbuds- og tilsynsydelser fra projektforslag til 5- årseftersyn, jf. ABR 18 og Ydelsesbeskrivelse for Anlæg 2019 (YBA 19), totalrådgivervariant. Rådgiveren skal levere en fagligt integreret løsning, der binder vej- og trafikfag sammen med byrum, landskab, beplantning, belysning, særlige belægninger, lokal afvanding/LAR, ledningskoordinering og trafikafvikling under anlæg. Opgaven indebærer projektering af bygader i tæt bymæssig kontekst med erhverv i stueetagen, nedgravede affaldsbeholdere, cykelparkering, opholds- og legegader med anbefalede hastigheder på 20 km/t, samt pladser, strøg og tryghedsskabende belysning som integreret del af et sammenhængende byrumsforløb. Hertil projekteres fordelingsvej med separate cykelstier og fortove. Rådgiveren leverer projektmaterialet og forestår løbende projektledelse, projekteringsledelse, IKT- og BIM-koordinering på Bygherres Dalux-platform, granskning, kvalitetssikring samt myndighedskoordinering med Brøndby Kommunes vej- og miljømyndighed, politi, ledningsejere, Movia, beredskab og øvrige relevante 3.-parter. Endvidere indgår fagtilsyn og byggeledelse i udførelsesfasen samt aflevering med as-built-dokumentation og 1- og 5- årseftersyn.
