Udbud af udførsel af energimærkning samt teknisk registrering og tilstandsvurdering for Ringkøbing- Skjern Kommune (herefter benævnt ordregiver). Energimærkning af bygninger, som ejes af ordregiver og som er omfattet af krav om regelmæssig energimærkning eller krav om energimærkning ved salg eller udleje. Udarbejdelsen af energimærkning skal give ordregiver et retvisende overblik over den energimæssige status på bygningerne samt medvirke til at identificere og kvalificere energibesparelser. Det er afgørende for ordregiver, at ydelserne leveres i en ensartet høj kvalitet, der sikrer, at kommunens medarbejdere efterfølgende kan arbejde videre med de data, beskrivelser og besparelsesforslag, som gives ifm. energimærkning samt tilstandsvurderinger. Opgaven udføres fra august 2026 til ultimo 2027. Herudover omfatter udbuddet optioner, som udføres indtil 2028.
