Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Danish Building and Property Agency is tendering a framework agreement for environmental and soil consultancy connected with the demolition of mining industry production facilities. The services cover facilities transferred to the Agency for demolition and include mapping of building contamination, resource mapping, verification and registration of buildings, technical installations, fencing and access conditions, investigation of topsoil, preparation of a digging plan, screening for nature interests, health and safety coordination during the design phase, and possible supplementary sampling and environmental supervision when handling soil. The results support the Agency's subsequent award and execution of demolition contracts. The agreement is divided into 3 sub-agreements by region: North Denmark, Central Denmark, and Southern Denmark, Zealand and the Capital Region. Tasks are assigned by direct award. It runs 24 months from contract signature, extendable twice by 12 months, and may only be used by the Agency.
