Description

Begrænset udbud DAB-Lejerbo ønsker at indgå en rammeaftale for landsdækkende totalrådgivning. DAB’s eksisterende rammeaftale for totalrådgivning udløber ultimo november 2026, hvorefter DAB og de boligorganisationer og afdelinger, som administreres af DAB, er berettiget til at benytte denne rammeaftale. DAB-Lejerbo har p.t. en projektportefølje de næste fire år på nybyggeri og renoveringsprojekter på ca. 3,5 mia. DKK ekskl. moms i samlet entreprisesum. Formålet med en landsdækkende rammeaftale for totalrådgivning er, at: - DAB-Lejerbo nemt og hurtigt får leveret teknisk totalrådgivning og/eller skiverådgivning til både renoveringsprojekter og nybyggeri, - skabe et tæt, tillidsfuldt og frugtbart samarbejde, hvor potentielle konflikter løses via en åben og ærlig forventningsafstemning, - den tekniske rådgiver understøtter DAB-Lejerbos vision for bæredygtige kvalitetsboliger, - eventuel brandslukning på et projekt håndteres hurtigt, effektivt og serviceminded af totalrådgiveren, så trygheden hos bygherren reetableres uden unødigt ophold, - DAB-Lejerbo får leveret rådgivning i høj kvalitet i forbindelse med byggeriets planlægning, beboerdemokratiske processer, byggeudvalgsmøder, projektering og udførelse. Arbejdsopgaverne under rammeaftalen kan variere fra mindre og større renoveringsopgaver, til helhedsplaner og nybyggeri og vil tage udgangspunkt i Ydelsesbeskrivelse for Byggeri & Landskab 2018 og udbudsmaterialet i øvrigt. Arbejdsopgaverne omfatter desuden tids-, økonomi-, kvalitets- og risikostyring. DAB-Lejerbo har vurderet rammeaftalens værdi ud fra de enkelte boligorganisationers planlagte og forventede projekter de næste fire år. Rammeaftalen er ikke eksklusiv, men DAB-Lejerbo forventer, at boligorganisationerne vælger at lade de fleste projekter gennemføre via rammeaftalen.
