Udbuddet omfatter rådgivningsydelser i forbindelse med detailprojektering, udbud, tilsyn og indkøring ved udvidelse af kapaciteten af Tårnby Renseanlæg. Formålet med udvidelsen af Tårnby Renseanlæg er overordnet set at: Øge kapaciteten på renseanlægget fra 70.000 PE til 81.000 PE, så det effektivt kan rense spildevandet og sikre overholdelse af eksisterende udløbskrav Omdanne anlægget fra et ét-trinsanlæg til et to-trinsanlæg med gasproduktion og minimering af mængden af slam.
