Augustenborg står netop nu foran en ny fase i sin udvikling - en fase, der rummer en enestående mulighed for at bidrage til udformningen af byens rum, gadeforløb og forbindelser. En opgave, der kræver både forståelse for den rige kulturarv og et skarpt blik for fremtidens løsninger. Sønderborg Kommune inviterer ved nærværende udbudsbekendtgørelse danske og udenlandske byrums- og landskabsarkitekter, i tværfaglige konstellationer med andre relevante fagligheder, til at ansøge om prækvalifikation til næste skridt i udviklingen af Hertugernes Augustenborg. Fire teams vil blive prækvalificeret til konkurrencen, som er fasedelt. I konkurrencen tages der udgangspunkt i den eksisterende masterplan for Augustenborg og der arbejdes med et forslag til en udviklingsplan for Augustenborg og et tydeligt hovedgreb for det samlede byrumsforløb samt konkrete forslag til byrumsløsninger. Vinderen af konkurrencen får til opgave at færdiggøre udviklingsplanen, og via en rammeaftale, at bringe flere af delprojekterne til realisering. Aftalen omfatter i perioden forventeligt rådgivning i forbindelse med projekter med en samlet økonomisk ramme på 30-40 mio. kr. Konkurrencen om ”Hertugernes Augustenborg”. Med nærværende udbudsbekendtgørelse opfordres interesserede til at anmode om deltagelse i udbuddet. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Udbuddet gennemføres i henhold til proceduren udbud med forhandling, med forudgående prækvalifikation i overensstemmelse med reglerne i LBK nr. 10 af 6. januar 2023 (”Bekendtgørelse af udbudsloven”). Bygherre forbeholder sig ret til at tildele kontrakten på baggrund af tilbudsgivernes indledende tilbud (tilbud 2a), og således ikke optage forhandling med tilbudsgiverne.
