Description

Bygherrerådgiverudbuddet omfatter rådgivning i forbindelse med realiseringen af et nyt sengeafsnit med 16 sengepladser til Regionspsykiatrien Randers. Opgaven omfatter en samlet bygherrerådgivning fra den indledende planlægningsfase til afleveringsforretningen. Bygherrerådgiveren skal bistå med strategisk og teknisk rådgivning, koordinering og kvalitets-sikring, herunder i relation til brugere, og generelt medvirke til at sikre en helhedsorienteret projektgennemførelse. Bygherrerådgiveren skal ligeledes udarbejde et illustreret byggeprogram, som forventes at danne grundlag for et udbud af en totalentreprise eventuelt med tidlig entreprenørinddragelse. Bygherrerådgiveren skal også forvente, at der kan komme følgeopgaver afledt af opgaven, herunder mindre projekteringsopgaver. Opgaven omfatter tillige en mulighed for - hvis der træffes politisk beslutning herom - at levere bygherrerådgivning på et ambulatorium tilknyttet Regionspsykiatrien Randers samt at levere bygherrerådgivning på et psykiatrisk sengeafsnit med 16 sengepladser og et ambulatorium tilknyttet Regionspsykiatrien Horsens.
