Description

Associated Danish Ports A/S (ADP), som ejer Nyborg Havn, ønsker at udvide kapaciteten for havneområdet Lindholm Havn ved Nyborg, og kapacitetsforøgelsen ønskes opnået ved at udvide det eksisterende havneområde ved at indvinde et nyt landområde på søterritoriet. For hele det fremtidige havneområde ønskes der en opdatering af planbestemmelserne, så disse kan modsvare de fremtidige forhold, som forventes for området, herunder f.eks. ændring af erhvervsklassen for et delområde samt fjernelse det planlagte banespor. ADP ønsker derfor at indgå en rådgivningsaftale med en rådgiver, som kan bistå ADP med at bringe projektet gennem myndighedsprocessen med udarbejdelse af lokalplan, miljørapport og miljøkonsekvensrapport samt med lokalplanlægning og miljøvurdering. Der henvises til udbudsbekendtgørelsens afsnit 2.1 og yderligere oplysninger om projektet i det samlede udbudsmateriale.
