Description

Udbuddet vedrører indkøb og levering af indkaststandere til centralsug, til ordregiver. Undtaget fra udbuddet er elektriske og pneumatiske komponenter, da disse er omfattet af andre aftaler. Der er derfor kun tale om en stål og aluminiums leverance, inkl. overfladebehandling. Tilbudsgiver skal inden aflevering af en leverance samle et indkast som inspiceres og godkendes af Odense Renovation. Dette fritager dog ikke tilbudsgiver fra at tilrette eventuelle fejl og mangler som identificeres når indkastene monteres på lokaliteten. Odense Renovation etablerer i Odense kommune centralsug i udvalgte dele af Odense. I dette system er der udviklet et specielt indkast som borgerne benytter når affald skal bortskaffes. Tilbudsgiver skal producere alle ståldele, aluminiumsdele, bolte og møtrikker som benyttes til indkast. Odense Renovation monterer selv trykluft og elektriske installationer. Ligeledes står Odense Renovation for montage/opstilling. Indkastene består af følgende dele: (Se endvidere tegningsmateriale i Kravspecifikationen, bilag 1) - Opføringsrør med flange (svejses på sugeledning) - blindplade til opføringsrør indtil sokkel/indkaststander kan monteres. - sokkel (monteres på opføringsrør og fungerer som basis for indkast stander) - Indersøjle med beslag, dækplade og låge - monteret - Låge med hængsel og lukkemekanisme - Ventilplade - monteret - Front under låge - Sidepanel med hulmønster - fastgøres på tapper på sokkel - Top som monteres med tapper på sidepanel og fastføres til indersøjle med møtrik - Batterikasse - monteres i udvalgte indkast efterfølgende
