Description

Energinet søger en samlet on-prem løsning for administration af adgangsstyring, der dækker samtlige lokationer og individuelle adgange. Dette svarer estimeret til ca. 400 lokationer og 10.000 individuelle brugerprofiler, hvor der skal føres en personhenførbar log på samtlige adgange. Systemet skal overholde lovkrav jf. Bekendtgørelse nr. 260 med særlig fokus på §37. Dertil ønskes yderligt et nyt ID-kort system, som skal være kompatibel med administrationen af adgangsstyringen. Det skal være et ID-kort system, hvor Energinet skal kunne designe og printe ID-kort, gerne på bæredygtigt materiale. Begge systemer skal være skalerbare i forhold til både antal lokationer, antal brugere og i forhold til ny teknologi i forhold til sikkerhed samt ny lovgivning. Givet den nye sikkerhedssituation ønskes løsninger, som kan imødekomme både opskalering og nedskalering af trusselsniveauer. Udspecificering: Der ønskes et management system, der kan fungere som et overliggende brugervenligt interface for al administrering af arbejdsgange mv. i forbindelse med adgangskontrolstyringen. Dvs. et software produkt, der kan API-integreres med underliggende adgangskontrolsystemer.
