Modernisation (renewal) works of the Art School building at Konarskio St. 37, Vilnius

This notice concerns construction works to modernise and renovate the Art School building located at Konarskio gatve 37 in Vilnius. Following evaluation, the offer submitted by the company VT statyba, UAB was rejected because its proposed price exceeded the funds allocated for the procurement before the procedures began, as provided in point 84.5 of the procurement conditions. As all offers were rejected under point 2 of Article 29(2) of the Lithuanian Law on Public Procurement, the procurement procedure was cancelled. No contract will therefore be awarded through this procedure.
