Description

Le marché comporte une tranche ferme (travaux de création d'un terrain synthétique) et deux tranches optionnelles (T01: reprise des réseaux enterrés pour l'alimentation des vestiaires actuels et du projet d'extension, T02: réfection du parking existant). La durée du marché est de 5 mois dont 1 mois de période de préparation des travaux qui débute à compter de la notification du contrat, avec une fin prévisionnelle des travaux fixée au 09/10/2026 (délai à optimiser par les candidats). Les candidats ont l'obligation de faire une proposition pour les deux prestations supplémentaires éventuelles décrites dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les prix sont actualisables. La consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère social et environnemental détaillées au cahier des charges
