Місце поставки ТОВАРУ: м.Хмільник, м.Трускавець, с.Суховоля Львівської обл., м.Харків. Строк поставки ТОВАРУ - партіями, щомісяця, протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з моменту надання письмової рознарядки ЗАМОВНИКОМ. Залишковий термін придатності товару на момент постачання повинен складати не менше 80% загального терміну його зберігання. В оголошенні про проведення закупівлі очікувана вартість зазначається без ПДВ. Для створення рівного конкурентного середовища, учасник повинен вказати ціну пропозиції без ПДВ. Додавання чи не додавання ПДВ до ціни договору, що укладатиметься з переможцем, визначатиметься згідно з діючим, на дату укладання договору, податковим законодавством та статусом реєстрації платником ПДВ такого переможця. Для платників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої відповідно до вимог законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору. Для неплатників ПДВ резидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору. Для нерезидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати поставки партії ТОВАРУ, відповідно до рахунку-фактури (інвойса) на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору
