Description

L'accord-cadre fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec la CAPFT (coordonnateur) et les Villes de Thionville - Basse-Ham et Tressange. Procédure adaptée ouverte, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Accord-cadre multi attributaire (2) exécuté par émission de bons de commande selon modalités CCAP. La durée est de 4 ans à compter du 01/01/2026. Lot 1 : montant minimum 19 000 euro(s) HT maximum 90 000 euro(s) HT - Lot 2 : montant minimum 19 000 euro(s) HT maximum 110 000 euro(s) HT. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée, à plusieurs opérateurs économiques (2). Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires, révisables annuellement. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Cette consultation pourra faire l'objet d'une négociation
