Description
L’objecte del present contracte consisteix en dotar, uns espais de taller (coworking) per a ús comunitari per part dels habitants del municipi i crear una reserva d' habitatges d'ús turístic per promoure la Figuera com a àrea d' interès turístic. Les actuacions principals a l'edifici són les següents: - Rehabilitació energètica de l' envolupant, amb la incorporació d' aïllament tèrmic del gruix òptim per afavorir un bon comportament tèrmic, així com finestres amb les prestacions necessàries per col·laborar en l'eficiència global de l'edifici. - Renovació de la coberta amb cambra ventilada i inclusió d' aïllament tèrmic. - Instal·lació de plaques fotovoltaiques a la nova coberta de potència 10 kW (10.1kWp) per autoconsum connectada en xarxa interior, i situades al faldó de coberta orientat a sud. - Distribució interior del programa funcional que garanteixi un itinerari accessible interior, tan per a la comunicació dins d' un mateix nivell com entre nivells diferents. - Dotació dels sistemes d' instal·lacions actualitzades i eficients, d'acord amb la normativa vigent. Tot això d’acord amb el “Projecte bàsic i executiu de les obres de rehabilitació integral d'edifici destinat a tallers i residencial turístic a la Figuera” redactat per l’arquitecte Koldo Crespo. L’actuació emmarcada en el present contracte està finançada per les subvencions concedides a entitats locals adscrites al Fons general amb l’afectació parcial dels ingressos relacionats amb activitats de producció, emmagatzematge i transformació d’energia elèctrica nuclear, derivats de l’impost sobre les instal·lacions que incideixen en el medi ambient. En concret, segons la resolució mitjançant la qual s’aprova la distribució dels fons del Fons de Transició Nuclear als municipis de la zona PENTA I i II de les centrals nuclears de Vandellòs i Ascó. El present contracte també es troba amb el cofinançament de la Diputació de Tarragona mitjançant el seu programa d’inversions del Pla ImpulsDipta 2026
