L’objecte del contracte és mixt i consisteix en el subministrament d’una eina o plataforma informàtica en entorn web per a la gestió integral de les escoles bressol municipals (EBM) gestionades per Bressolgramenet, S.A., així com en la prestació dels serveis associats de manteniment, suport tècnic i formació de les persones usuàries. La plataforma ha de permetre la gestió econòmica i administrativa, acadèmica i pedagògica dels centres, així com la comunicació amb les famílies, d’acord amb les característiques i requisits tècnics que es determinen en el plec de prescripcions tècniques (PPT). El subministrament inclou la concessió de la llicència d’ús de la plataforma, amb les actualitzacions i millores corresponents, mentre que els serveis associats comprenen la implantació de l’eina, el manteniment preventiu, correctiu i evolutiu, el suport a les persones usuàries i la formació necessària per al seu correcte ús.
