Description

És objecte del present plec la contractació, promoguda per l’Ajuntament de Castellfollit de la Roca, del contracte d’obres del projecte executiu de finalització de la urbanització del camí de ronda, redactat per l’arquitecta Montserrat Gou Juvinyà (Ref. 4152). El projecte esmentat ha estat aprovat definitivament el dia 4 de setembre de 2026, de resultes de no haver-se presentat cap al·legació contra l’acord d’aprovació inicial, publicat degudament al Butlletí Oficial de la Província per un termini de trenta (30) dies. El Codi CPV que correspon a aquest contracte és el 45233200-1 (treballs diversos de pavimentació). Per la naturalesa de les prestacions no és possible dividir l’objecte del contracte en lots, ja que l’objecte del contracte constitueix una unitat operativa o funcional i no procedeix una execució separada. La realització separada de la prestació objecte del contracte en dificultaria l’execució correcta des del punt de vista tècnic i comportaria la necessitat de coordinar l’execució de les prestacions per una pluralitat de contractistes diferents.
