L’objecte del contracte el constitueixen les obres del Tanatori d’animals de Terrassa en el Complex Funerari Municipal de Terrassa (CFMT), ubicat a la Ctra. de Montcada núm. 789 de Terrassa, incloent les actuacions necessàries per a la seva completa execució i posada en funcionament i recepció. Aquest contracte és promogut per la mercantil Funerària de Terrassa SAU (FT), societat municipal de l’Ajuntament de Terrassa. L’objecte del contracte es detalla en el projecte executiu aprovat, que defineixen conjuntament les obres, actuacions, amidaments, característiques tècniques i condicions d’execució necessàries per a la construcció i posada en funcionament del Tanatori d’animals de companyia. El projecte també inclou la urbanització de la zona exterior situada en les seves immediacions, d’acord amb les determinacions previstes en el projecte.
