Description

Les obres objecte del contracte comprenen la rehabilitació integral i ampliació del recinte de les piscines municipals de Preixana, incloent l’enderroc de l’edifici de serveis existent i la construcció d’un nou edifici, la rehabilitació dels vasos de les piscines, la renovació de les instal·lacions de tractament de l’aigua i l’adequació dels espais exteriors del recinte. Les principals actuacions previstes són les següents: -Edifici de serveis: enderroc de l’edificació existent i construcció d’un nou edifici destinat a bar, vestidors, vestuari adaptat, espai destinat al socorrista i infermeria i recinte d’instal·lacions. El nou edifici es resol mitjançant fonamentació per llosa, estructura amb sostres unidireccionals, tancaments ceràmics, coberta plana aïllada i impermeabilitzada i façana ventilada amb acabat exterior de xapa d’acer galvanitzat. -Vasos de les piscines: rehabilitació dels dos vasos existents i transformació del sistema actual en un sistema desbordant, mitjançant l’execució de canals perimetrals i vas de compensació. Es preveu la renovació dels revestiments i impermeabilitzacions, l’adequació de pendents i fondàries i l’adaptació dels elements d’accés als vasos. -Instal·lacions de tractament de l’aigua: renovació de les instal·lacions de filtració, depuració i desinfecció de les dues piscines, incloent les conduccions necessàries i la implantació d’un sistema de desinfecció salina. -Platges i espais exteriors: renovació de les platges i dels paviments del recinte, inclosa la seva solera de base, ampliació de les superfícies pavimentades derivada de l’ampliació del recinte i adequació de les zones de solàrium i espais lliures. Així mateix, es preveu la renovació del tancament perimetral. -Instal·lacions generals: renovació de les instal·lacions associades al nou edifici de serveis i execució de la nova xarxa d’enllumenat exterior prevista en el projecte.
