Contractació dels serveis d'assistència tècnica ambiental, logística i econòmica per a la realització de l'estudi de diagnosi i viabilitat del canvi de model cap a un sistema mixt d'alta eficiència, la redacció de tot el bloc documental dels nous plecs i l'assistència tècnica en la valoració d'ofertes per a la pròxima licitació dels Serveis de Neteja Viària, Recollida de Residus i Gestió de la Deixalleria de l'Ajuntament de Vallirana. Així mateix, es defineix que el present contracte té una naturalesa integral de consultoria. A efectes de garantir la continuïtat de l'expedient principal, s'aclareix de forma expressa que l’objecte del contracte inclou l’assessorament tècnic, logístic, jurídic i econòmic obligatori per a la redacció material i confecció de tot el bloc documental dels nous plecs de clàusules administratives i prescripcions tècniques que regiran la pròxima gran licitació dels esmentats serveis municipals.
