Description

Serveis de Direcció Facultativa (DO i DEO) i Coordinació de Seguretat i Salut (CSS) durant les obres de rehabilitació de la Masia de Santa Bàrbara i la construcció d’un edifici annex. Aquesta prestació es divideix en els següents LOTS: Lot 1: Servei de Direcció Facultativa de les obres, amb la participació de, com a mínim, tres tècnics diferenciats: - un/a Arquitecte/a superior, responsable de la Direcció d’Obra (DO), - un/a Arquitecte/a tècnic/a, responsable de la Direcció d’Execució Material (DEO), i - un/a Enginyer/a superior o tècnic/a, responsable del control de l’execució de les xarxes d’instal·lacions. En cap cas una mateixa persona podrà assumir més d’una de les tres funcions. Lot 2: Servei de Coordinació de Seguretat i Salut en fase d’execució d’obres. No es limita el nombre de lots per les que un mateix candidat pugui presentar oferta. Els lots podran ser adjudicats a una mateixa empresa sempre que les persones responsables dels diferents lots siguin diferents i amb titulació habilitant per a cada funció.
